RALEIGH, N.C. -

Garden wedding dresses at deeply discounted prices are on sale this weekend in Raleigh.

A truck loaded with hundreds of dressed rolled into town Friday afternoon. It's part of the Brides Against Breast Cancer nationwide tour.

The deals on designer dresses are available Saturday at 214 Martin Street.

Prices range from $75 to $1,800.

Proceeds from the event go to help cancer patients and their families. Last year, organizers say the tour raised more than $1 million.
